Hello everyone!

Today I have a card for the current Fusion Challenge – Sweet Orange Blossoms. The picture is beautiful and I have a hummingbird stamp that I love from Uniko Studio, but this time I decided to add a chipboard bird :).

I played with Distress inks and stains, and also a bit of Dylusions ink spray, to color some peonies from Altenew Peony Scrolls stamp set… I love the result. On the front panel I die cut one of the gorgeous Opera Tags from WMS, who recently closed their doors :(. Then used a Kesi’art stencil – Feuills, with 13arts Ayeeda modeling paste just in the bottom half. Blended some Distress inks to a small piece of white cardstock and placed behind the negative die cut, glued everything and embellished. Then mounted to an off-white card base using craft foam.

This finished card is a little bigger than usual (5” x 6.5”) and doesn’t have a greeting because I intend to use it as a decor piece.

I’m also adding this card to the Flickr Love group May challenge. This month the theme is to add your favourite “Winged Things”, including airplanes or similar :). If you wish to join in, the basic rules are:

1 Add this tag to your entry lovechallenge#5 all one word.
2 Post to the Love group photo pool.
3 Share it in the discussion stream.

You will have until the 31st of May to post your entry.

Thank you so much for looking.
