Hi everyone!

Today I’m back with a simple card, hopefully with a bit of wow, that I combined for two challenges, both ending today… yay!

La Pareja Creativa May Challenge is to use just dies. I used three single dies in my card, two from a set that I absolutely adore, manufactured by LPC – the biggest solid butterfly and my personal favorite, the trail! I have a huge crush for that charming die!

Winnie & Walter The Gossip Column Nº 7 with Taheerah – Alan Kitching. If you are familiar with this challenge, you’ll know that besides having craft fun while using your loved stash, you’ll also leave with loads of information from a chosen theme. Taheerah does her research and offers some related reading in the W&W column, images and further reading, just in case… all you need to do is click in the links provided!

This is the image that inspired my card. I used the “kisses” word die from W&W in a “technicolor” arrangement :).

This issue is all about a typographic artist that I’d never heard of before – Alan Kitching – but I’m happy to have learned a bit about him and other artists who influenced his work.

Supplies:

Dies: LPC – Mariposas; W&W – In a Word: Kisses Cutaway.

Thank you for stopping by.

Just catching up over at WW and that is the image I would have selected to work with too! Love how you softened it with the flutterby.
