…PARIS, je t’aime!
This is my contribution for the current Fusion Challenge – Paris Rain (hurry up, you still have a few hours left, in case you feel inspired…). This is a “let’s see how can I do this with what I have” kind of card. I had this idea in mind, but not knowing exactly how it would end up. Searched ALL my stamp sets for the “rain or shine” saying, even if I had to do some partial stamping, but either the words were too big, or I had to combine different stamp sets, which might become weird and time consuming. Then I thought of my alpha stickers. These were the smallest letters I had… would prefer them a little bit smaller, but they did the job.
Then I realized that the small skinny letters from Simply Graphic, combined with big letter “A” from Waffle Flower were great for both the word PARIS and Eiffel Tower :). I just love alpha dies, they are very versatile and I think they are never too many. Adhered all this to my new double banner from La Pareja Creativa Y, plus the sun and lightning from PTI. To finish off my card, I stamped the MFT gorgeous bg with just Versamark ink and dull clear EP, adhered the circle to the bg and this to the card. I’m really happy about how it turned out… hope I can inspire a little bit… maybe :).
Stamps: MFT – Etched Flowers; PTI – Splits: Get Well Soon.
