Hello and Happy New Year!

I’m back in Mixed Media style! I’ve accidentally found this brand new challenge blog – Mixed Media & Art – and… my oh my… there was a jaw dropping moodboard looking at me and asking for my attention, and so I gave it… my attention and a card to seal our partnership :)! Just take a look at this beauty…

… WOW, right? There are also some gorgeous CAS beauties as samples, and I felt like making another card. Maybe later, just for fun, who knows? I have a clear idea of what I’ll (eventually) be doing, which is very rare in me, so, I may take the chance.

I used a bunch of products and some Mixed Media techniques in this card. Just to name a few, besides the ones in the supply list below, I used paper and some flowers by Prima, a Tim Holtz stencil, Scrapiniec chipboards, 13@rts decorative stems, Perfect Pearls, texture paste, white and clear gesso, Gansai Tambi watercolours, micro beads… it’s a very eclectic card :).

I love the organic look I ended up with and the magical atmosphere. What do you think?

I’m also entering the STAMPlorations January Challenge – Theme and Sketch.
