Today is International Tea Day, let’s celebrate!

I’m keeping this post really short and sweet… I will have honey for my tea, please!

I had this idea for a fun sentiment when I decided to have wood veneer teapots in my card… “teas” sounded a lot like the season to be jolly :).

The background for the shaker area was made by die cutting and inlaying some snowflakes, but not totally. I like that the small sequins find resistance to move here and there. The recipient will have to shake vigorously. This action will eventually take her/him to spare some money that would otherwise be spent in the gym. There is always a good explanation for silly things :).

Hope you have fun today and drink some scented tea, or any other kind.

Supplies:

Stamps: SSS – Holly Berries; W&W – The Big, the Bold and Friends.

Dies: CaS – Double Stitched Rectangles; SSS – Melody Snowflake, Eliza Snowflake.

Thank you for stopping by.
