Hi everyone!

Here we are again for another fun hop. Please welcome the 2016 Winter Coffee Lovers Blog Hop!

Here is the agenda for our meeting 🙂

When: Friday, December 9 – Friday, December 16

Time: 6 am pacific

THEME: Winter/Holiday

USE: coffee, tea &/or cocoa images

National Cocoa Day 12/13

International Tea Day 12/15

Let the fun begin!

Today I have a hybrid card, born from the conjugation of digital images by Wilna Furstenberg and regular stamps and dies.

This was a pretty easy and fast card to make. These were the steps:

1 – Print and fussy cut the digital image.

2 – Die cut a sheet of patterned paper (printed watercolor paper) and another one of vellum, using W&W dies.

3 – Stamped and heat embossed a background in the vellum die cut piece, using W&W stamps and HA white EP. Also heat embossed a HA sentiment in a small piece of heat resistant acetate.

4 – Die cut a white piece of cardstock from the same W&W set and then used Spellbinders borders dies and MFT stitched lines. Mounted everything in a beautiful red card, added a few sequins, mostly for strategic reasons :), and that was it!

Stamps: HA – Coffee Cup Stamp; W&W – In Bloom: Elsa’s Flora, Renee’s Leaves.

Dies: MFT – Basic Stitch Lines; Spellbinders – On the Edge; W&W – Katharine Cutaways.

Thank you for stopping by.
