Here is my second card of the day. From all the pictures in the Pin-Sights Challenge mood board, besides the one that inspired my previous card, I was also inspired by the ones with transparent/translucent elements… this is my take:

I stamped a background with the smaller images from Beautiful Day stamp set and the two lighter shades of grey from Altenew ink cubes. The lighter color (Morning Frost) is too close to the cardstock color, so, you can only see it in real life… and very close :). After this, die cut the word Be-You-Tiful from acetate, twice, and colored with Ranger alcohol ink, one more saturated than the other. The oval frames were die cut from the same cereal boxes I told you about in my previous card.

Here are the challenges I’m entering:

Cris, this is beautiful. That oval frame looks like vintage old mirror. Love ypur card 🙂

I love how you’ve created the sentiment in this – love the doubles, and the subtle change in the shades..and all on acetate! Never thought of stamping using alcohol ink – I didn’t think we could do that!! Awesome card, Cris!!
