Hello talented crafters!
This time I made a beverage out of this world… ok, I wasn’t alone, I had the help of a sweet little fairy.
As you can see, I’ve used some different images, including dies, from various brands. Although they have different styles, I think they ended up working well together for what I had in mind; in fact, I was so happy to have the words “Magical”, “coffee” (believe it or not, I didn’t have a single stamp with this word before my Altenew recent purchase…) and the “anything is possible” sentiment to go with the little fairy and coffee pot.
I started by stamping, heat embossing in white and die cutting a fairy from HA August Kit. Then, stamped some star dust fairy trail from the same kit in the top right corner of a piece of watercolour paper, and a pot from Altenew Coffee Love in the opposite corner, all with Versamark ink and heat embossing in white. Then I’ve used Distress inks to watercolor the background, the coffee pot and fairy, adding some gold accents with Heidi Swap color shine. Cut the panel using ME Femme Frames dies. To finish off the card, I stamped the sentiment and die cut the Magical word die from Waffle Flower, then added some gold glitter to the coffee and fairy trail.
See you in the Fall Coffee Lovers Blog Hop coming soon! Please mark your calendar to September 23 and let all the fun begin!
Don’t forget to join in the CASE-ing DT Link Up Party #3, this time with Helen Gullett!
I’m also adding my card to September Waffle Flower Challenge. I was mostly inspired by the colors and the transparency of the bottle on the inspiration picture. Please check the image below.
You still have plenty of time to enter, the deadline is September 25th.
Thank you for stopping by.
