Hi everyone!

I’m popping in today with a card for Pinkfresh Studio October Challenge, in fact this is my debut! The word October has a few rounded shapes and so has the inspiration for this challenge. Grab your circle stamps, dies, embellishments, or whatever you have on hand, as long as it is a circle shape, and you’re go to go.

I used pattern paper from a past collection that I’ve been “hoarding”. Stamped a few circles from different stamps and embellished with a few Nuvo drops.

The sentiment is from Merry & Bright Toy Shop stamp set. Have you noticed the golden tree on the right side? I fussy cut from the same pattern paper, heat embossed with gold powder and adhered using foam adhesive. Used three of the Classic Edgers to the bottom piece and that was it. I’m so ready for Christmas!!!

Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful week ahead!

Its a spectacular Christmas card, Cris! I am bowled over!! Love the pattern paper you’ve used and your subtle enhancement of it to add circles. And yeah, I didn’t notice that gold tree – but it is definitely a great touch of charm! Love the sentiment and the laces down below – it makes it all look magical!

You rocked this challenge, Cris! I love your modern take on Christmas with the warmth of the gold, the pretty colors, and the circle elements! The curved lace bottom edging is divine!! Hugs, Darnell

That’s a very contemporary look, Cris, while still being very Christmas-y! Love it.
